Hazelnut Chocolate Truffle Balls

Course: Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 7 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • Additional chopped hazelnuts to coat

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well with a spoon. Roll into balls of about 3/4 tbsp.
  2. Roll balls in the chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Serve, or store refrigerated.
